We will have pizza and salad and discuss important topics to help you as you begin tutoring!

FASFA REMINDER!!!

If you haven’t already done so, NOW is the time to complete your 2010-2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Stevenson’s priority date is February 15th. Don’t wait, apply as soon as possible!

Follow these steps to apply:

1. Complete your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov

• You must complete the FAFSA every year to apply for need-based grants, work-study and loans
  
• Stevenson’s federal school code is 002107
  
• You and your parents (if applicable) will be asked to supply the amount of income earned in the year 2009. If you have not yet completed a 2009 federal income tax return, estimate your income. The FAFSA website provides worksheets to help you figure out adjusted gross income.

2. Get a pin at www.pin.ed.gov The application process is faster if you use your PIN to sign electronically Can’t remember your PIN? Use this site to have your existing PIN re-sent

3. Follow up on your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov to: Check the status of your submitted application Make corrections to a processed FAFSA Add or delete a school code View and print your Student Aid Report

If you need help to answer specific FAFSA questions, click on the “NEED HELP?” link located at the bottom of every FAFSA page. You can also get help from a customer service representative by clicking on “LIVE HELP?” at the top of the FAFSA page. For questions or technical difficulties with FAFSA on the Web, contact customer service at 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-433-3243).
